The Guadalajara Construye call is aimed at Ibero-American fiction feature films in post-production (work in progress). Its goal is to support project completion through presentations to industry professionals, including producers, distributors, sales agents, service companies, funding organizations, and festival representatives.

Submissions opened on August 21, 2025, and close on October 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Central Mexico time). Eligible films must run between 70 and 120 minutes, with English subtitles and, if the original language is not Spanish, Spanish subtitles as well. A video file in MP4 format meeting technical specifications is required.

Selected projects will be screened during the festival, included in the Industry digital catalog, receive free accreditation for two representatives, and may have three nights of accommodation. They may also be considered for the festival’s official selection once completed.

Travel and meals are the responsibility of participants. Films submitted in previous editions are not eligible, and only projects in the finishing stage will be accepted. The event will take place from April 17 to 25, 2026, as part of the 41st Guadalajara International Film Festival.
