The Mexican Short Film Pitching Competition at Shorts México 2025 invites Mexican filmmakers, producers, directors, and film students or residents in Mexico to submit multiple short film projects in Spanish, on any theme. Scripts must be registered with INDAUTOR. Submissions are open from February 17 to May 31, 2025. The winning project will receive an in-kind prize valued at approximately $800,000 MXN for short film production, including filming equipment provided by CTT Exp & Rentals. The competition will take place on September 13, 2025, in Mexico City.

The Industry Zone of the 29th Lima Film Festival PUCP 2025 is exclusively for Peruvian fiction or documentary projects in post-production. The deadline to apply is July 7, 2025.
