Rules & Terms
By submitting either film or screenplay to iHOLLY the submitter makes no commitment to distribution or production through iHOLLY. Both the distribution deal and greenlight are optional offers which the recipient of the Holly may evaluate and choose to accept or reject.
The festival "screenings" shall will be optional on acceptance into the festival. Screenings will be on the iHOLLY website in which case a link to the trailer, short, or full film will be requested for the screenings, but not required. iHOLLY's focus on on awards, distribution, and greenlighting productions.
Content must be suitable for what would be an R or lesser rating.
The panel of expert and celebrity judges (listed above) shall make their evaluation for the HOLLY’s from the top 10 finalists from the film and screenplay competitions.
In the case of limited funding from iHOLLY’s sponsors, it maybe necessary to only give out one Holly and therefore one $1,000 cash prize instead of two, one for the screenplays and one for the films.
