The 2nd Hanan Cine Festival is organized and promoted by the Puno Audiovisual Cultural Association, an initiative that was born to contribute to the strengthening of film production in the Puno region and at the national level, establishing in turn ties with sister countries of Latin America.

In its second edition, it seeks to cement the foundations of an event of international quality, entering the important festival circuit of the Andes Mountains as well as strengthening the growth of emerging filmmakers.

Hanan Cine, becomes a space where filmmakers, critics, programmers, spectators and mainly new audiences converge that through the proposed and decentralized activities, join this great collective project.

From Titicaca, the highest navigable lake on the planet, Hanan Cine will be held from November 23 to 26, 2022 in PERSON with complementary virtual activities.

● Best LATIN AMERICAN Short Film (Trophy, certificate)

● The jury will award special prizes and honorable mentions according to its disposition in the different categories.
