Art. 1
The Foundation «Scicolone and computerized newspaper» «cefalunews» organize the first edition of the «Cefalù» Scicolone Pine Film Festival to be held in July to Cefalù from 29 August 7, 2014.

Art. 2
The «Cefalù Pine Scicolone» Film Festival is a moment of encounter for the presentation and promotion of films and videos of all nationalities, gender and duration, addressing themes of friendship, of the city of the future.

Art. 3
The first edition of the «Cefalù Pine Film Festival will take place on "Scicolone free theme. Movies and short films may be made up of a maximum of fifteen minutes.

Art. 4
To participate in the first edition of the «Cefalù Pine Film Festival» must enroll within Scicolone on April 25, 2015, using the appropriate form on the contest page and also published on the electronic newspaper «Cefalunews». Participation in the competition is free. Each participant must bring their movie to Secretary of «Cefalù Pine Scicolone Film Festival» in digital format, to project to the public, by May 31, 2015.

Art. 5
A jury whose composition will be announced on June 10, 2015, will look at movies by choosing the top ten that will be screened publicly in the final evening of the first edition of the «Cefalù Pine Scicolone Film Festival».

Art. 6
Among the ten movies that will be screened publicly in the final evening of the first edition of the «Cefalù Pine Film Festival jury chose Scicolone» the winner which will be the sum of one thousand euros that will be awarded by the Foundation in memory of skating Scicolone Pino Scicolone.
