Vaibhav Ketkale started the Short Film Festival in 2018 which was very much successful. Now this is the Third year of this festival, which will be more still and strong with Vaibhav Ketkale working to expand local, national and international independent short films productions while integrating influential and diverse partnership and sponsors every year. He is involved in every aspect of the festival, from selecting the films to making sure every goes off without a hitch the week of. IN 2021 3rd Time in India, Biggest International Short Film Festival in Baner (Pune), After 2nd SUCCESSFUL FESTIVAL IN Baner (Pune) in 2019.

* Short film’s length should be maximum of 30 minutes with Start to End Title.

* Short Film’s DVD should be new or not used.

* Short film must be in MOV/MPEG/MP4 format only.

* Subtitle is compulsory for other languages except Marathi/Hindi/English.

* Prize will be in form of Trophy, Cash & Certificates.

* Certificates will be given to all the participants.

* No banner registration and censor certificate required.

* Top 50 short films will be selected for final screening.

* The decision of the Jury will be final, nobody should ask about the Short film for not eligible for the final round of the festival.

* Producer is fully responsible to get no objection certificate from whoever own the rights of the short film on their Letter Head.

* You should not take any legal action against the jury members & organizers.

* Form must be filled and sent to dmcsnsff@gmail.com along the the google drive link to your short film.

* Registration Fee will be according to the Deadlines which will be Non Refundable.
