REGULATIONS ADDENDUM
For international entries
Aside the national programmes CURTA GOIAMUM and DESENTOCA, we will be receiving entries for international films to a noncompetitive programme.
The entries to it can only be submitted by our partner site FESTHOME.
festhome.com and follow the same rules as the 4ª CURTA GOIAMUM programme: short films with free subject, free film format and free genre, 20 minutes maximum, and produced between the years 2012 and 2013. We consider international productions those made by nonBrazilian and outside Brazil. The films must have subtitles in Portuguese.
