The Festival "Ser o no Ser", general purpose is social education on causes arising from diseases, and dedicates each issue to one of them, (the first edition was dedicated to the theme of Alzheimer's, but the next will go to others such as they could for example be: those transplants, hepatitis, diabetes...).

The Festival "Ser o no Ser" is a project with the institutional support of FEDER (SPANISH FEDERATION RARE DISEASES), with the aim that once assumed the costs thereof, can raise funding for various projects of the federation as well as the organization of the festival the following year by the Association Cultural Audiovisual Citrum CIF: G73856817 and registered in the National Register of Associations Group First-Section First-No National: 606291. the main activity of the Festival is the contest that micro short-circuits may occur audiovisual works from any country and in any language, it is advised whenever they are subtitled in Spanish language, (it is advisable also captioning English presented in Spanish) of no more than 3 minutes (three minutes, not counting credits -), realized in any audiovisual digital format, including videos made with mobile terminals, both people from 0 to 100 years (minors must be authorized by their legal guardian) and legal persons, provided that the work is signed, nominally the management and interpretation. works that have been awarded previously in other competitions may be submitted.

THEME

TARGETS

1. To sensitize the general population about rare diseases and family and social impact thereof.

2. Promote the use of audiovisual techniques in therapies to help understand the disease, its prevention or treatment.

3. Using new communication technologies and information to network these purposes, especially through social networks.

4. Encourage the audiovisual creativity among the general population.

5. Facilitate collaborative synergy between non-governmental organizations in this field and relevant public administrations in collaboration with corporate social responsibility with companies that they deem appropriate.

DEADLINES AND FORM OF PRESENTATION

SELECTION SYSTEM AND COMPETITION micro short-circuits / JURY

The winner micro movie will be the exclusive property of who presents it.
