The International Short Film Festival " Beinten-2014" appraises:
*10 best films, four of them assessed by the spectators during competitive shows, one - assessed by the spectators during online shows.
*The best acting.
*The best camerawork.
*The best soundtrack.
*Three script prize winners and seven script winners in the script competition.

Within the framework of the Festival also awarded:
- a special of jury prize of the festival,
- a prize of the Association Films Critics "Elephant".

Enrollment is on a paid basis. When application lodge during the first stage, shall be paid a fee equivalent to 35 EUR at the rate of Central Bank of RF for the date of payment of the fee. When application lodge during the second stage shall be paid a fee equivalent to 50 Euro at the exchange rate of the RF Central Bank on the date of payment of the fee. The person filing the application. pays for the transfer of funds.

This regulation establishes the procedure of holding a film Festival, the date of its separate stages and activities, as well as the deadlines for completing the participants of individual actions.

Regulations developed and approved in accordance with The position about international festifal of short films «Beinten» and is an integral part of the license agreement (the public offer)concluded company «The Studio Film and Theater» with participants of the competitive program of the film Festival, the film and/or script submitted for the contest program.

The venue of public events of the film Festival: Cultural-leisure center "Youth", located at address: Moscow region, Pushchino, microdistrict «AB», house. 4-a.

Stages of carrying out of the International film festival of short films "BeInten" 2014:

From 05 may-15 June 2014 - the first round of applications to the movies to participate in the film Festival. The fee for filing the application to the movie is 35 Euro at this stage. Municipal budget institutions and organizations, including foreign ones, apply for a grant basis.

From 16 June to August 15, 2014 - the second round of applications to the movies to participate in the film Festival. The fee for filing the application to the movie is 50 Euro at this stage. Municipal budget institutions and organizations, including foreign ones, apply for a grant basis.

05 may to August 15, 2014 acceptance of applications for scenario for participation in the film Festival. The fee for filing the application is 35 Euro in a script on the whole stage.

Since August 16, 2014 acceptance of applications for the movies, and for the scenario is completely stopped.

05 may-01 September 2014 organizing Committee carries out the verification of applications for compliance with the regulations of the film Festival.

Not later than September 01, 2014 the organizing Committee sends notice of approval or refusal of approval of a movie as a participant in the Festival program by e-mail, indicated by the applicants and the list of participants is published on the official website of the film Festival http://beinten.ru/.

From 01 September to 30 September 2014 participants of the competitive program of the film Festival represents the organizing Committee according to the Regulations of the film Festival:

For films
the recording of the movie format Apple ProRes HQ QuickTime with the frequency of the frame 23,98/sec on a portable hard disk;
the press-kit of the movie (information about the film, including information on the name of the film, part of the creative group with their photos, synopsis of the movie, the characterization of the hero and other data);
the few still images of the movie;
the full translation text of the dialogue from the film, if the movie is not the Russian language;
the copy of the main page (with address) of the passport or other document proving the identity (for the applicants - both Russian and foreign individuals);
the copies of constituent and registration documents, attested copy, or color scan-copy of these documents for applicants - legal entities (Charter, articles of incorporation, certificates OGRN and INN for Russian legal entities; other documents in accordance with the legislation of the foreign state);
for scenario
the full text of the script in paper or electronic form;
the copy of the main page (with address) of the passport or other document proving the identity (for the applicants - both Russian and foreign individuals);
the copies of constituent and registration documents, attested copy, or color scan-copy of these documents for applicants - legal entities (Charter, articles of incorporation, certificates OGRN and INN for Russian legal entities; other documents in accordance with the legislation of the foreign state);
From 01 September to November 01, 2014 Jury watch the movies and the scenarios for the competitive program, and make their estimations.

November 01, 2014 - the opening ceremony of the film Festival.

From November 01 to 09 November 2014 - competitive display of films. The screenings are carried out by units of duration not more than 120 minutes. The program of the contest shall be approved by the organizing Committee and published on the official website of the film Festival http://beinten.ru/.

The assessment of Movies of spectator jury organize in the period of the contest in accordance with the Regulations of the film Festival.

November 10, 2014 - the closing ceremony of the film Festival. The winners of the competition program and the winners of the individual categories of the Festival announced at the closing Ceremony.

From 10 November 2014 on 10 January 2015 - ceremony of delivery of diplomas and awards. The exact date of the Ceremony approved additional. All the winners and laureates are awarded respectively diplomas of winners (winners), award statuettes, cash prizes (in the framework of the competition scenarios), and also - in case if there were any established by the organizing Committee of the film Festival in the competition films - these cash grants. Mailing memorable diplomas of the participant of all persons included in the list of the awarded at the Ceremony realize also during this period.
