Festival´s Regulations are not available in English language, but you may read the following reqiuements in English.

- Film-makers from all over the world are eligible for any section in this festival.

- Films made from 2010 up to the present time are eligible for participation. They can be filmed in any material or form, analogic or digital., but they will be presented in teh required difital format for selection.

- Film-makers from any country are welcome, but films made in language other than Spanish must be presented with burnt-in Spanish subtitles.

- Film-makers can submit up to 2 different films. Films presented in previous years' editions cannot be submitted this year.

- Films' submissions' deadline is Sunday, June, the 30th, 2013. Films submitted after June, the 30th will not be accepted.
