To be consider you must follow the following criteria;

-Films produce no later than January 1, 2012
-Oaxaca Premier require.
-Filmmakers must have all rights to their films, sales agents, managers, producers included.
-Presskits are only require if selected to the film festival, you can send them with the film but it will not be part of the qualification criteria.
-Filmmakers concise the right of exhibition and publicity to the film festival before, during, and after the film festival and may not be able to withdraw their submission once its send.
-The festival does not pay screening fees or any other fee to filmmaker for screening their film, this is a completive film festival only.
-All films summited to the film festival make part of the permanent collection of the film festival and may be screen at any given moment for educational proposes.
-Filmmakers receive a notice once their film(s) are selected for their film festival.
-Filmmakers that travel to the film festival must take care of their own travel expenses.
-Filmmakers selected to the film Festival have the right for 2 passes during the fest.
-Any publicity material of films will run by the filmmakers and not by the fest. The festival will have a printed copy of each poster for the festival and will not be given to the makers, therefore any other additional material must run by the film makers.
-Filmmakers who´s films are selected must send a hi-definition copy of their films. MOV. AVI. DVD preferreded
