Presents the works by directors from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania ONLY!!! Showing the newest tendencies and the development of Baltic short film and video production, with the aim to enhance the exchange of ideas and experience among the Baltic filmmakers. If an Estonian, Lithuanian or Latvian director wishes to take part in the Baltic competition with a film that has been produced outside the Baltic States, the film can be considered as Baltic production. A foreign film can be considered as Baltic production in two cases: if the director has been living in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia for more than 2 years or if the film has been produced in the Baltic States. Please get in touch!
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
