"IMAGINER TOMORROW" COLLECTION
Among the finalists, one French film under 12 minutes will be selected for this collection of short films initiated by the CUT! Collective (United Cinema for Transition) and will benefit from visibility and distribution opportunities.

I – Registration & Rights

The competition is open to all amateur and professional filmmakers worldwide. All participants under the age of 18 must have obtained parental authorization before registering for the competition.

Participants guarantee that the submitted works are original and unpublished (reproduction of existing works is prohibited) and that they are the sole holders of the exploitation rights attached to these works. As such, participants are responsible for obtaining authorization from all third parties who directly or indirectly participated in the creation of the work and/or who believe they have any rights to assert, and assume responsibility for all resulting payments.

In general, participants indemnify the organizers of this competition against any claims, actions, or demands that may be brought by any third party, for any reason whatsoever, in connection with the exercise of the rights granted herein and more generally with respect to all guarantees and commitments made under this agreement.

ATMOSPHERES 21, a non-profit organization (Association loi 1901), which organizes the Atmosphères Festival, reserves the right to conduct any verification necessary for the application of this article.

II - Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the competition, applicants must:

- be at least 18 years old - or have parental authorization if they are minors;

- submit a film in French or with French subtitles (VOSTFR);

- adhere to the competition themes;

- respect the stated deadline;

- not have participated in the competition more than three times with the same film;

- have read and accepted the competition rules;

- possess the distribution rights and ensure the protection of their work;

- not have submitted more than two films to this same competition;

The following are accepted:

- Animated films, documentaries, and fiction films under 15 minutes.

- HD files (a viewing link must be provided for registration).

- The film can be made using any means and on any medium.

- A minimum quality of 720p is required.
