Lunigiana Cinema Festival is a festival dedicate to short and feature films that takes place in the "Città Nobile of Fivizzano" , an ancient village in Tuscany on the Via Francigena.

The festival is divided in short and feature films (Fiction, Documentary, Animation)and videoclip

Short films are divided in:
- Free theme (tema libero) - Environmental theme (ambiente) - Human rights (diritti umani)

- Animation short films
The category dedicated to animated short films is free-themed

- FEATURE FILM (over 40')

- Video Clip

The following categories of prizes are awarded with plaques, works of art and trophies:

- Best Short

- Best short on environmental issues

- Best short on human rights

- Best FEATURE FILM (over 40' Fiction, Documentary, Animation)

- Best Animated short films

- Best Videoclip

- Special Mentions

- The competition is open and aimed at short and feature films by national and international authors and productions produced starting from 1 January 2017.

The maximum duration of the short films is 30 minutes.

- Registration for the Festival costs € 10.00 per film
