Competition Overview

▪ Production Requirement: All submitted works must be filmed using a smartphone.

▪ Eligibility: - Open to all domestic and international participants

- Individuals and groups are both eligible
- No limitation on the number of participants per team

▪ Theme: Open theme (No restrictions)

1. Film Division

1-1 General Division (Ages 20 and above / Format: Film)
1-2 Student Division (Ages 19 and under / Format: Film)
1-3 Senior Division (Ages 60 and above / Format: Film or Video)

2. Short-form Division

2-1 General Category (All ages / Format: Video)

Award Ceremony

Date: October 9, 2026 (Fri)
Venue: Yecheon New Town, Republic of Korea

Important Notes

▪ Plagiarized works or works that infringe copyright will be disqualified.
▪ Award winners are expected to attend the award ceremony on October 9.
▪ Films produced during school or institutional educational programs are eligible for submission.

- Final award recipients will be determined by the Jury Committee.
- Official announcements, including jury results, will be published on the festival website and official SNS channels.
- Selected films may not withdraw from screening once confirmed.
