The works must be made in their original Catalan-language version (VOC). This means that at least 75% of the dialogue, voice-overs and original on-screen text must be in Catalan.

Under no circumstances will the following be accepted:

Short films made predominantly in another language.
Short films dubbed into or subtitled in Catalan.
Short films without dialogue.
