Fictio Sci-Fi Film Festival, is a film festival dedicated to science fiction and fantasy films; with space for anime, live action and documentary. Movies must be produced throughout the world, the galaxy and the universe. Fictio Sci-Fi Film Festival, has its physical headquarters in Mexico. This is the Second Edition of this film festival dedicated exclusively to science fiction and fantasy.

Fictio Sci-Fi Film Festival, will be held annually. Its main objective is to promote and project science fiction and fantasy cinematographic works.

Prizes and qualifications

Fictio Sci-Fi Film Festival, will award a trophy to the winner of each category.

Rules

All science fiction feature films will be considered, as well as documentaries whose subject is science fiction; produced and / or co-produced in any country in the world with an end date of 2021-2023, which have not been exhibited in Mexican territory previously; either on commercial billboards, festivals or film shows and that have a minimum duration of 65 minutes including credits.

Likewise, science fiction short films and science fiction documentaries will be considered; produced and / or co-produced in any country in the world with a year ending in 2021-2023, that have not been exhibited in Mexican territory and that have a minimum duration of 3 minutes including credits; and a maximum of 20 minutes including credits.
