- BEST NATIONAL SHORT FILM: 1.000 EUROS + TROPHY.

- PUBLIC AWARD: 500 EUROS + TROPHY.

- SPECIAL AWARD FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF EQUALITY: 500 EUROS + TROPHY.

- BEST ACTRESS: 300 EUROS + TROPHY.

- BEST ACTOR: 300 EUROS + TROPHY.

- BEST DIRECTOR: 300 EUROS + TROPHY.

- BEST SCRIPT: 300 EUROS + TROPHY.

- BEST INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM: TROPHY.

1. Participation in this Contest is open to short films of national and international production, be they fiction, animation or documentary.

2. Films shot in any format, silent or with incorporated sound, produced after January 1, 2025, may be submitted to the Contest.

3. The maximum duration of the films in the competition will not exceed 20 minutes including the credit titles.

4. The films must be presented spoken in Spanish or in the original version subtitled in Spanish. We will also accept works done in Valencian or with subtitles in Valencian.

5. Each author may present up to a maximum of 3 works.

6. Ona competition sections.
7. The selected films will appear in the Festival Catalog and will be exhibited in PUBLIC AND FREE sessions within the dates of the festival. Specifically between June 21 and June 6, 2026, in night sessions at 10:00 p.m. in the town of Vilafamés, province of Castellón (Spain).

8. The decisions of the Selection Committee and the Jury are final. SELECTED FILMS

1. The works selected for the contest will be announced from May 15, 2026 on the festival's official page, on social networks and in the media. Confirmation will be sent by email to each selected and to the works not selected as well. The Festival will promote all the selected works on social networks and in the press in a timely manner.

2. The selected films must be sent in an HD file with the h264 codec and a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 -1080p- in .mp4) before May 15, 2026.

All prizes are subject to withholdings determined by current law in Spain.

The winners will be invited to the awards ceremony. The organization will take care of the accommodation and subsistence expenses for two people on the day/night of the Gala and one more day if necessary.
The displacement will be borne by the award-winning directors, it being understood that these expenses can be met with the economic endowment of the award.

VERY IMPORTANT: The attendance of a representative of each of the awarded works at the gala is MANDATORY, in the event that any work is not represented, it will be understood that they renounce the economic endowment of the prize. They will receive the prize in the same way, but the economic endowment of the same will not be paid.

GENERAL RULES

The authors of the works selected for the competition will be able to present their film personally if they so wish, before the screening.

The organization may assume the accommodation if you are interested in attending.

The producers of the selected short films authorize the use of a fragment of the works up to a maximum of 20 seconds, for possible dissemination in any media.

The Organization may exhibit the selected short films in the places and times it deems appropriate, always within the dates of the festival and duly announced in our social networks and communicated previously to the directors / producers. All screenings will be free.
