The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival (7)

The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival seeks to promote and encourage the creative endeavors of filmmakers by showcasing their work on its Facebook Page and (whenever possible) in live public screenings.

All films submitted to The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival will be subject to review by a panel of Festival Officials and will be selected based on their adherence to our submission guidelines and will be rated on their cinematic qualities.

The highest rated films from filmmakers who are eligible to participate in The 2022 Forwardian Awardians for Film Competition will move to the finals and will be among those to be considered by a Special Judge to receive one of the monetary prizes.

All of the selected films (competitive and noncompetitive) will be posted on The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival Facebook Page and will be eligible to receive The 2022 Forwardian Film Lovers' Award.

All participating filmmakers (competitive and noncompetitive) will be invited to have their selected film(s) posted on the Forwardian Cinema Facebook Page where its future visitors will be able to view them until he/she wishes to have it removed.

The 2022 Forwardian Awardians for Film Categories are:

Best of the Festival - $1000
Best Short Film - $500
Best Feature Length Film - $500

The 2022 Forwardian Film Lovers' Award which will be given to the film that receives the largest number of "likes" on The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival Facebook Page from July 15th to July 31st.

1. Submissions of films to The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival and Non refundable entry fee(s) of $100 from those who wish to participate in The 2022 Forwardian Awardians for Film Competition must be received by June 30th.

Note: The competition for The 2022 Forwardian Awardians for Film will only take place if there are 20 or more paid entries received by the submission deadline.

Note: Filmmakers who do not wish their films to be considered for the competition may submit their film for free.

2. Submissions of films must be accompanied with the film's title, a synopsis of the film, name of the director, and a downloadable link to the entire film. A downloadable trailer for the film is advisable but not required. The limit to the number of films that can be submitted is three.

3. Short (up to 60 minutes in duration) and feature length (up to 90 to 120 minutes in duration) films are welcomed and may be of any topic, subject, or cinematic style the filmmaker chooses.

However:

Films that promote hate will not be accepted.

Films that are considered pornographic in nature will not be accepted.

Film considered to be of poor cinematic quality will not be accepted.

Note: The entry fee of films deemed unacceptable for inclusion in The 2022 Forwardian Film Festival will be refunded.
