Festival start: 04 November 2013      Festival end: 10 November 2013

The International Short Film Festival "Con i minuti contati" born in 2010 in Montefalco, a wonderful village in the Italian region of Umbria. In a very short time, the Festival has become one of the most important italian events dedicated to short films.

1- The contest is open to all genres, none excluded..

2- Films will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes.

3- The works, accompanied by the registration form/s, must be submitted by and not beyond 15/04/2013. Short films will be shipped in DVD format by ordinary mail and, alternatively, through Festhome, www.festhome.com

4- The contest is open to all. Contest submission is free of charge. Works of individual persons and groups will be allowed. Underage participants must provide the written consent of one parent or legal guardian (see registration form).

5- Authors must fill in the registration form in every part (available for download on
www.coniminuticontati.com). A registration application must be provided for each
submitted work.

6- There is no limit to the number of works one can submit.

7- The films in a foreign language – other than Italian – must have English subtitles, on pain of exclusion from competition. For all selected short films, authors will provide a list of dialogues together with a non-subtitled copy of the film, thus allowing translation into Italian.

8- The organisation is not responsibilità for damage or loss of shipped works.

9- All submitters, none excluded, by sending their works, declare to be owners of the film or to have the right to use it. They also declare that the film contents violate no current law and that the work does not have a slanderous nature. The author relieves the organisation of all responsibility for the contents of the short film screened in public.

10- Short films already presented or awarded in other contests will be allowed. No work already submitted to "Con i minuti" contati contest will be accepted.

11- Delivery expenses are at the participants’ charge.

12- All submitted works will not be returned. They will become a part of Con i minuti contati’s archive, with the purpose to promote authors and the Festival itself.

13- Submitters must abide by the present regulation, undersigning all of its parts by tacit agreement.
