Submitted works must be completed within the last two years.

Any type of film may be submitted, including feature films, documentaries, animated films, and shorts.
Widely released films are also eligible (including those released on streaming platforms or in cinemas).

Submission Categories

Films must be submitted according to the specified categories (e.g., Best Picture, Best Documentary, Best Short Film, etc.).

Each work can be submitted for a maximum of 8 award categories.

Submission Guidelines

All films must be submitted digitally via the festival's online platform.

Non-English films must include English subtitles.

Submission fees are calculated based on the category and number of projects, and all fees must be paid in full for the submission to be considered valid.

Filmmakers must provide a high-quality version of the film that meets the festival's technical requirements.

Screening Authorization

The producers of submitted films automatically authorize the festival platform to showcase their films online during the festival period. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the festival's online platform, official website, and other related online screening activities.

Producers retain all copyrights and related rights to their films.

Review and Selection

The selection committee will review all submitted films and determine the official selection list.

The Audience Choice Award does not require separate registration by the filmmakers; all officially selected films will be automatically eligible for this award.

The Audience Choice Award will be determined entirely through online audience voting.

An independent jury will review the officially selected films and determine the winners in each category.

The jury reserves the right to disqualify films that do not meet the festival's standards or guidelines.
The voting platform for the Audience Choice Award will be open during the festival, allowing all audiences to participate in voting.

Awards

The list of winners will be published online and all winners will be notified through online means.
The festival features multiple awards, including the Golden Unicorn Award for Best Picture.

Winning films and their producers will receive special online recognition and honors.

The winner of the Audience Choice Award will be directly determined by the voting results and announced at the end of the festival.

Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
