Broyhan Fantastik is THE fantastic film festival in northern Germany. Founded in 2024, it returns this year with several exciting new features.

There are 10 brand-new feature films in competition and a Late-Night Special to discover – including 6 German premieres!

This year’s 12-film retrospective focuses on the “German genre film” since the 1950s. Almost all screenings will be shown from 35mm film prints, including 3 family-friendly screenings for the next generation of fantastic film lovers.

And for the first time, Broyhan will also feature 2 short film programs.

No premiere requirement. Lower Saxony premieres preferred.

Short films up to 25 minutes
