Every month from the 1st until the 31st of the calendar our submissions are open, the first days of the next month our special jury selects the WINNERS of the previous month.

BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest also known as BDMOSFFEST, is a reputable monthly online international short film competition and annual online film festival based in one of the elegant cities in the world, Delhi. Which is focusing on international independent cinema and also all new filmmakers to promote their work through an online platform.

BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest is a short film competition runs on a monthly virtual online basis. BDMOSFFEST is dedicated to international short films of all genres , We are accept indie filmmakers from all over the world and short films of all genres, documentaries, animations and music video.

Your film will be reviewed by BDMOSFFEST screeners team and the highest scored ones will be selected as Official Selection receiving corresponding Laurels. Then, our jury will choose the winners in each category and they will receive the Official Laurels and Certificates. The BDMOSFFEST Best Jury Choice Award choose from any categories, announced as the winner of the Month Laurels and Certificates.

The winners of each month are eligible to participate in the main ceremony, which will be held once a year.In this Yearly ceremony The BDMOSFFEST Best Annual Jury Choice Award choose One selected project from any categories will be receive 100 USD cash prize and trophy along with Laurels and Digital Certificate.

Cash Prizes: 100$

The festival will be done periodically, every month.

BDMOSFFEST Best Jury Choice Award – Winner of the Month Laurels and Digital Certificate.

BDMOSFFEST Best Annual Jury Choice Award – Winner of the One selected project from any categories will be receive 100 USD cash prize and trophy along with Laurels and Digital Certificate.

All genres are welcome.

All films must have been made in or after 2019 and have English subtitles (except for music videos and unless English is the main language spoken).

Film Language - All language accept.

Maximum length of Short Film is under 20 minutes.

Maximum length of Documentary is under 20 minutes.

Maximum length of Music Video is under 6 minutes.

Maximum length of Animation Film is under 10 minutes.

Maximum length of Experimental Film is under 15 minutes.

Maximum length of Student Shortl Film is under 15 minutes.

Maximum length of Trailer/Teaser is under 3 minutes.

The filmmaker/institution is responsible for the content of his/her work and for any possible copyright problems. The participant owns all rights concerning the usage of his/her work according to the regulations. The Festival Committee has no responsibility to third parties. The Festival Committee has the right to reject films, if the content or technical quality does not correspond to the Festival conditions.

A filmmaker can submit their films and screenplay online through an online film festival partner’s.
Regarding selection Jury decision will be Final .
After a film has been selected for film competition, the filmmaker is notified via email only. The selected films will be published on the festival website. All films which are selected/nominated for the competition or Festival will be informed only by emails & listed on the festival website. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films. The decision of the selection committee will be final.

We will not screen your work online.

BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest will not be liable for any costs claimed as a result of a change in scheduling.

Films can not be withdrawn from the festival program after being selected.

The film, including all copyrights, remains the property of the author.

If screenings or information are inaccurate or flawed, the organiser is only liable in case of gross negligence.

The applicant has to read and accept the regulations and guidelines for participation.

GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest:

I have read and accept the Rules and Regulations of BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest. BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest the right to use excerpts of the submitted film, its stills, and trailers, for the purposes of publicity and marketing of the film at the various social networks and on the website of the festival, and for other non-commercial purposes related to the promotion of the festival. I hereby agree to indemnify BLUEZ DOLPHINS Monthly Online Short Film Fest, in the event that such rights have not been properly transferred.
