Eligibility

Films must be suitable for children aged 7 to 12 and fall under one of the accepted categories.

All entries must be submitted By, Parents, Principal, Teachers & School.

Films must be suitable for Young aged 13 to 18 and above.
Inter Collage / Institution Short film Competition Over 18 years.

Both amateur and professional filmmakers are welcome

International submissions accepted with English subtitles

Filmmakers must own all rights to submitted content

No prior festival screening restriction applies



Technical Requirements

Format: Digital files in MP4, MOV, or AVI format

Resolution: Minimum 1080p (Full HD) preferred

Audio: Stereo or 5.1 surround sound acceptable


Duration Limits:

Children's Short Films: Maximum 1 ti 15 minutes (including credits)

Youth Films: Maximum 1 to 30 minutes

Inter Collage / Institution Short film Competition 1 to 30 minutes (Amateur and professional filmmakers)
