METHOD OF ENROLLMENT:
In order to compete in the Festival, the authors of the works must fill in the registration form, with the addition of any advertising material and send it by e-mail to the address disael298@yahoo.com by sending links ( Vimeo or Youtube ) where they can view the work , data and any advertising material or via We transfer to the email of sael298@yahoo.com. In the event of selection from the group of finalists, it will be the competitor's responsibility to provide a high-resolution copy of the work. PAPER SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

- The competition is open to and aimed at short films by national and international authors and productions.
PORNOGRAPHIC WORKS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE COMPETITION.

- If the work is in a foreign language, subtitles in Italian or English must be present.

- Free-themed works are admitted, including animation works produced after 01 January 2018.

- The preselection will be carried out by a specific committee and the finalists will be published on the official website and/or social channels and contacted directly by e-mail and/or by telephone.

- The choices of the candidates and the winners will be made by the specific and indisputable jury.

- The competition will also have special categories

- The management reserves the right to open a selection out of competition. These works will not compete for prizes, but may have awards and may be screened.

Each producer, author or owner of works proposed for selection is responsible for the content of the same and for any rights to third parties and minors that appear in the short or feature film, in particular rights concerning the image and privacy of the subjects involved in the artistic works proposed and associated music.

- The organization reserves the right to modify, delay or cancel the event at any time due to force majeure they deem necessary

- The organization of the competition, while committed to adopting every precaution, does not assume responsibility for any theft, damage and/or loss that the works may suffer upon arrival at the venue.

- By signing the regulation, I declare that I authorize the organization to freely use, without any compensation, any of the materials sent, without prejudice to the indications of the authors.

In the unquestionable judgment of the artistic direction, the works have the requisites of opportunity for a public appeal and that they have nothing to do with all of the above.

The material sent by the authors of the selected works will not be returned and will be part of the great archive of the festival ( Cotignola Ciak ).

- In the absence of the provisions of the previous points, the undersigned acknowledges that he will be excluded from the Festival.

To receive the prizes, at least one delegate of each finalist work must be present.
Absence will result in the inability to receive prizes or awards.

The Festival Jury reserves the right to assign special mentions.

GENERAL RULES

1. The Festival Organization reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend or modify the event if necessary.

2. The registration and acceptance of these regulations imply the authorization for the public screening of the work entered in the "COTIGNOLA CIAK" Festival 2023 edition of Cotignola, with the screening in the main Festival venues to be held in Cotignola on 29 and April 30, 2023.

3. Each author is responsible for the content of his work.

4. The author assumes responsibility for the data that he will communicate at the time of registration.

5. By accepting these regulations, the candidate relieves the organization of any other offense connected with the work sent in the competition.

6. These violations and offenses involve, if ascertained before the conclusion of the competition, the exclusion of the work and, if ascertained subsequently, the forfeiture of any prize and/or recognition attributed to the work and its author.

7. The Festival management reserves the right to decide on issues not covered by these regulations. The court is competent for any dispute

We inform you that the rights established by the privacy code provide for example the possibility of knowing the nature and type of data held by the association to request their integration or rectification, as well as being able to exercise at any time the right to object to the treatment and receipt of e-mail communications with also the consequent request for data cancellation by contacting the organization of the Festival.
