Festival start: 14 July 2017      Festival end: 23 July 2017

Drunken Film Fest started after an angry tweet about the discontinuation of the major film festival in Bradford, West Yorkshire. It took off from there and had its first season in July 2016. Aimed at the independent filmmaker, DFF is currently accepting submissions worldwide for its second season, set to take place in Bradford across 10 days in 13 venues.

BEST FEATURE FILM
The best feature film will be reviewed by Film Inquiry (www.filminquiry.com).

BEST SHORT FILM
The best short film will be reviewed by Film Inquiry (www.filminquiry.com).

BEST DOCUMENTARY
The best documentary film will be reviewed by Film Inquiry (www.filminquiry.com).

BEST EXPERIMENTAL
Film will be memorialised on a custom VHS tape, with cover, in partnership with Weird LTR.

BEST MUSIC VIDEO
Win a top brand new vinyl record from The Record Cafe (http://therecordcafe.co.uk).

BEST ANIMATION
The filmmaker will be given an original signed artwork print by Glenn Hustler (Hustler By Name - http://hustlerbyname.co.uk/)

BEST LOCAL FILM
The director will be given a meeting to discuss helming the production of the winning screenplay.

SHORT SCRIPT
The winning script will be produced into a small-budget short film in the Bradford, City of Film.

1. All films must be available to be screened in the United Kingdom and be free of licensing fees.

2. All films must be submitted in a screenable format (either PAL DVD or Quicktime).

3. All films must have been completed after 01 January 2016.

4. No more than 3 submissions per person. Submitting more than 3 films/screenplays will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Films made in languages other than English must include subtitles.
