Open to the international with 2 international selections, and a different guest country each year, with cinematographic and gastronomic discoveries..

Festival
Festival Courtes Bulle will stand the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of july in Trouville-Deauville.
Le Festival Courtes Bulles se tiendra les 1, 2 et 3 juillet à Trouville-Deauville. A pass for the all festival ( value : 60 euros) will be offered to each selected director.

Films accepted
All genres - All Country - All type of production.

International Short Film Selection ( submissions : 20th november 2015 to 20th december 2015 - late submission : 31 décember 2015)
duration : 20min max

International First Feature Film Selection ( submissions : 20 décember 2015 au 31 january 2016 - Fees : 10 euros)
- must be a first feature film by the director
duration : more than 50 minutes.

Venue des réalisateurs:
Festival Courtes Bulles won’t warranty the come of directors and their team. It will only be possible if the budget can afford it.

Diffusion :
Short films : Digital Format Full HD
Features : Digital Format Full HD or DCP

Rights :
All the diffusion rights must be clear. They will be transfer for free for a unique projection during Festival Courtes Bulles. The Festival won’t be responsible if there is a problem with the rights.

Modification :
Films Bulle could modify the actual rules immediatly.
