Films produced in Latin America, or Latin American or foreign authors whose subject is Latin America may participate in the Festival.

REGULATIONS

Open Call for feature films, documentary, animation and experimental.

Short films under 60 'and more than 60 feature films'.

There is no limit of time or gender, but not video clips, corporate videos, video art or propagandists videos are accepted, or those where there is racial, ethnic or religious discrimination.

Films produced in Latin America, or Latin American or foreign authors whose subject is Latin America may participate in the Festival.

The films must have been produced after January 1, 2015.

While the theme is free, priority will be given to films that address from any point of view the central theme of this year:

THE STREETS OF LATIN AMERICA.

If your film is selected, it is not necessary that us do get physical, but the digital copy itself must have very good quality, regardless of their original format recording.

You can send your film through our platform FESTHOME.COM

The submission deadline for either platform will be August 13, 2016.

If you send your film FESTHOME a different server, you must append data sheet with the following information:

YOUR FILM HAS PARTICIPATED IN OTHER FESTIVALS, WHICH ONES?

The selected films will be part of the samples:

NATIONAL FEATURE FILM
LATINO SHORT FILM
LATINO FEATURE FILM

There is no maximum limit per participant sending movies.

The films that are not spoken in Spanish must have subtitles in English.

No exhibition rights for any film will be paid.
