International football film festival based in Peru and Colombia. The fifth edition was carried out for the first time 100% online for all of South America. This year 2021, due to the Covid-19 measures, we will carry out the 6th edition in its online version.

RULES OF THE FESTIVAL MINUTO 90 - EDITION online 2021
1. OF THE FESTIVAL
1.1. The 90 Minute Soccer Film Festival is originally from Peru, then it had a tour of Colombia and finally, in 2020, it had an online edition for all of South America. The festival deals with exclusive themes about football and aims to promote, disseminate, reflect on and enhance the football culture through cinema and other cultural activities.
In its sixth edition, Minuto 90 is holding a short and feature film contest to promote film production on soccer worldwide. The registered works will be evaluated by the Minute 90 Selection Committee, which will decide the winning films that will have the right to be screened during the festival's programming. The festival will be carried out entirely through digital platforms during the month of May 2021, on dates yet to be confirmed on the official channels of the festival.
1.2. At the discretion of the organization of Minuto 90 and for better promotion of the event, the selected works could be included in additional exhibitions in other locations.
2. OF THE MANAGEMENT
2.1. Minuto 90 is a realization of the Cultural Association of Soccer.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1. Registration is open from January 1 to February 28, 2021.
3.2. There is no limit to the number of productions per director and registrations will be free.
3.3. Audiovisual works may be registered in any medium, of any nationality and whose main theme is football, regardless of their year of production.
3.4. The works must be finished at the time of registration.
3.5. Registrations will be made until February 28, 2021 by any of the following ways:

3.6. The director or person responsible for the registration must register the link to view their work. Said link or link must have the function to download the file enabled.
3.7. International films must send the registered work with subtitles in Spanish, with the exception of films made in this language.
3.8. The person responsible for the registered work, when registering the registration, declares that he agrees and accepts the regulations of the festival in its entirety, not allowing any claim of any nature.
3.9. Only works that meet the requirements of this regulation will participate in the selection.
4. OF THE SELECTION
4.1. The selection of works will be carried out by a Commission appointed by the organization of Minuto 90. The result will be published on the portal www.festivalminuto90.com in the month of April 2021.
4.2. In addition to this announcement, all those selected will be officially notified by the festival organization.
4.3. The technical conditions of the materials for exhibition, as well as the materials necessary for dissemination, will be informed to those selected.
4.4. All selected works must send a list of dialogues.
4.5. The decision of the 90 Minute Selection Commission is sovereign and not subject to appeal.
4.6. The selected works must have an indicative classification (eg: Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age) or those responsible must inform what the intended classification is for it.
4.7. Those responsible for the selected works must inform whether they have musical pieces protected by authors who are linked to APDAYC (Peruvian Association of Authors and Composers). In case they contain, they must inform the authors and the referred institution. The same for similar entities in their countries.
4.8. The last mentioned article is the responsibility of the producers.
5. OF THE AWARD
5.1. Minute 90 will deliver a trophy in recognition of the best soccer feature film and short film.
5.2. The screening and award date of the short film will be revealed to those responsible for the work in advance.
5.3. The decisions of the evaluation commission are sovereign and unappealable.
6. OF THE RIGHTS
The registration of feature films and short films implies acceptance of the following conditions:
6.1. The works registered and selected are automatically authorized as part of all 90 Minute programming.
6.2. The representatives of the selected feature films and short films must send the link of the film on the scheduled date.
6.3. The Cultural Football Association is not responsible for matters related to copyright, right to use the voice, image, soundtrack, classification or location of the content ofthe signed works.
6.4. All previous editions of the Minuto 90 Festival have been free. In this online edition, tickets will be priced to cover production costs. That is why the organization offers a percentage of the sales collection corresponding to each film agreed between both parties once notified of their selection, in exchange for the participants automatically assigning to Minute 90 the rights to transmit extracts of the works selected for the dissemination of the event's programming, as well as for graphic materials, promotion or dissemination.
6.5. The exhibition of the participating feature films and short films will be held for the duration of the entire festival, exclusively for users who have purchased their respective tickets.
6.6. The registration procedures for the selection of feature films and short films are linked to the participant with the full acceptance of these bases.
6.7. The omitted cases will be resolved by the organization of Minuto 90.
