THE XII edition of the CALI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (FICCALI) is organized by the Secretaría de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Cali, Colombia.

FICCALI opens its competitive section for national short films.

DEADLINE: AUGUST 31, 2020

• Special Jury Prize

The Jury or other entities may grant additional prizes.

After accepting the invitation to one of the competitive sections, the films cannot be removed from the festival's program, nor can they be exhibited in no other area in Colombia before its official launch at the Cali International Film Festival.
