BASES AND REGULATION

From November 1 2024, through February 1 2025, , summon to the 13th FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL ITINERANTE DE CORTOMETRAJES "HACELO CORTO”, that will be held on the MARCH 14 at MARCH 15 2025, in the city of Saladillo, and other places at 2025



OF AUTHORS
Argentine and foreign authors can participate.
Each author does NOT have a presentation limit, for each category, but each one will be presented separately.

OF WORKS
The short film must have a maximum duration of 15 minutes including credits.
Will be able to participate those works completed during the period from January 1st 2021
The materials could be presented in black and white or color and sound or dumb.
Short films that are not spoken in Spanish SHOULD CONTAIN OBLIGATORILY SUBTITLES IN SPANISH

OF CATEGORIES
The materials can enroll only fiction category


OF SELECTION
A selection committee will carry out a pre-selection of the finalist works to be delivered to the Official jury, who will see the shorts before and during the projection of the Festival.
The committee will also select shorts outside the competition, who will participate in a parallel sample.

OF THE JURY
The jury will be designated by the organizers, among prominent personalities of the Audiovisual and cultural industry.
They may declare a desert prize and decide on any doubt not foreseen in the bases.
The jury's decision will be irrefutable.

OF RIGHTS
The copies of the presented short films will not be returned and, with the single presentation of the work, the director and / or producer agrees that the same be included in the video library of the festival for future projections.
The organization may use fragments of the works for the dissemination of future competitions or activities, in the mass media without the right to receive amounts derived from this use by the author.
Beyond this, the rights to the work will remain the property of the author.

OF THE CEREMONY AWARDS
The prizes and mentions will be given in the closing Ceremony of the FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL "HACELO CORTO"

OTHERS

Any issue not contemplated in this regulation will be resolved by the organizers, expressly renouncing the participant to judicial claims or extrajudicial that may arise from such resolutions.

The participation in the festival supposes the total acceptance of these bases and of the rest conditions that are fixed in relation to them and / or are integrated with them.
