The London ArtHouse Film Festival (LAHFF) is an international combined arts festival dedicated to celebrating independent storytelling, artistic excellence and creative innovation.
Held in London, one of the world's most diverse cultural capitals, LAHFF provides a platform for emerging and established filmmakers, artists and creatives from around the globe to showcase their work, exchange ideas and connect with new audiences.
Now celebrating its 6th Edition, LAHFF continues to champion originality, inclusivity and the power of storytelling through film, photography, music and emerging creative technologies. Guided by the 2027 theme, "Inclusivity – Every Story Matters," the festival embraces diverse voices and perspectives while fostering meaningful cultural dialogue.
Beyond film screenings, LAHFF offers a dynamic programme of educational and industry events, including workshops, presentations, networking opportunities and LAHFF Conversations—an annual series exploring the future of storytelling, creativity and the creative industries.
The festival welcomes submissions across a broad range of categories, including Feature Films, Short Films, Documentaries, Animation, Music Videos, Student Films and AI Films. Every Official Selection is automatically nominated for the LAHFF Awards, with winners revealed exclusively during the Closing Night Awards Ceremony. In recognition of outstanding artistic achievement, the jury may also present Jury Recognition to exceptional works that cannot be included in the official screening programme due to programming limitations.
