We want to challenge tomorrow's filmmakers to convince an expert jury on a specific subject in just one minute !

The rules are simple:
- The film must last one minute, maximum (credits included)
- It must respect the set theme (THE SECRET)
- It must also comply withInstagram's dissemination rules
- For all foreign films, French subtitles are required.
