New York Arts & Entertainment Film Festival (formerly NYC Popup Film Festival) celebrates quality independent films. Our goal is to bring quality short films to an audience and offer independent filmmakers a place to showcase their work. We also work to create network opportunities for future work to be created.

Short films of all genres are considered for Festival Screening.

Prizes and qualifications

Winners will be awarded for Best Film, Best Actor and Best Actress.

Rules

-Films must have an online screener.

-Non-english films must have english language subtitles.

-New York Arts & Entertainment Film Festival has the right to screen any film submitted to New York Arts & Entertainment Film Festival.

-Entry fees are not refundable.

-All selection decisions and award decisions are final and at the discretion of the festival.
