Festival start: 15 October 2026      Festival end: 18 October 2026

Okanagan International Film Festival (OKIFF) is dedicated to bringing the world to the Okanagan through film and sharing that experience with the community that calls it home. This will be a Gathering of Cinema, Culture and Creativity.

Set in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, OKIFF curates a dynamic selection of international and Canadian independent cinema, showcasing bold storytelling across narrative, documentary, short-form, and experimental categories. The festival is built on the belief that film connects cultures, sparks conversation, and strengthens community.

Within the festival is the Okanagan TV &Film Industry Forum. Through screenings, filmmaker Q&As, masterclasses with industry leaders, workshops and community-driven events, OKIFF creates space for global voices to meet local audiences, fostering meaningful dialogue between creators and viewers alike.

OKIFF is not only a platform for filmmakers, but a cultural bridge, expanding perspectives while cultivating a vibrant and growing film community in Western Canada.
