Dedicated to children from 3 to 12 years old, RécréAction takes place at "Temps Machine (37) in Joué-lès-Tours on Sunday, October 27, 2019.

This day aims to awaken the curiosity of the youngest for the Cinema. Through quality projections, readings, workshops and fun demonstrations, this event is a place of exchange but also a space for reflection.

DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER.

Two prizes will be awarded for each category (3 / 6years and 6-12yrs).

A "public prize" will be awarded to the director with the most votes from the children in the screenings.

A "jury prize" will be awarded to the director by a jury from the world of cinema, education and creation.

Prizes will be awarded to directors of distinguished films.

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER AND DATE
The association Les Tontons Filmeurs, whose head office is located at 22 rue de la Grange des Dimes 37380 Reugny organizes, on Sunday, October 27, 2019, a young public cinema festival entitled "RécréAction" at the "Temps Machine" in Joué-les- Tours.


ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND REGISTRATION
2.1 Participation in the film call implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the present regulations, in all its stipulations, as well as the laws and regulations applicable in France. Any dispute concerning its interpretation will be decided supremely and without appeal by the organizer.

2.2 This call is open to any natural person, or group of people, established or not as legal structure (association, collective, production company, etc ...). Any minor participant must necessarily have requested and obtained parental permission before registering. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any participation of which the holder is a minor who does not hand over the parental authorization within the required time.

2.3 The participant must register via the platform until Sunday 19 May 2019

The film must correspond to one of two categories:
- 3/6 years
- 6/12 years

2.4 The participant is informed and agrees that the information entered in the registration form is proof of his identity. The information entered by the participant commits him as soon as it is validated. The organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the participants.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION
3.1 Each participant will be able to send three videos maximum of a duration between 1 and 20 minutes. These videos must correspond to an audience ranging from 3 to 12 years (Two categories: 3/6 years - 6/12 years). Sending movies in HD (High Definition) 1080p25 or 720p25 format with 48Khz / 16bit audio compression. Sending video in SD (Standard Definition) format is accepted but not recommended.

A video can be made by a natural person or a group of people. The entrant warrants that the proposed video is original and is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights attached to this video. As such, the participant will make the case of the authorizations of all third parties who directly or indirectly participated in its realization and / or who would consider having any right to assert in its regard, including their right to the image, and assume the charge any resulting payments.
In general, the participant guarantees the organizer of the present contest against any recourse, actions or claims that could be formed, in any capacity, all third parties, on the occasion of the exercise of the rights given to the participants and more generally to the title all guarantees and commitments made under this Agreement. The association Tontons Filmeurs reserves the right to carry out any verification within the framework of the application of this article.

3.2 The participant agrees not to implement or seek to implement any method of participation that is not strictly in accordance with the principles of the call for films and this regulation.

3.3 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who alters the operation of the contest or who violates the official rules of the contest. The organizer reserves the right to sue anyone who attempts to defraud or harm the smooth running of this contest.

3.4 The organizer reserves the right to extend, curtail, modify or cancel this contest due to events beyond his control.

3.5 In any event, by entering the contest, the participant agrees that all content transmitted to the organizers complies with all applicable laws and more specifically, without this being limiting:

respects the intellectual property rights of third parties;
does not damage the reputation, privacy and image of others;
does not contain disparaging, defamatory, aggressive or offensive language;
has no pedophile character;
does not offend the sensitivity of minors;
is not pornographic
does not affect the security or integrity of a state or territory;
does not encourage discrimination, whether based on sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or political opinions
does not encourage crime, hatred, violence, suicide and racism;
does not incite to commit a crime, an offense or an act of terrorism;
does not contain any trademark notices;
This list is not exhaustive. The organizer reserves the right, without having to justify it, not to retain a video the content of which would fall within the scope of the categories listed above


ARTICLE 4: CONDUCT OF THE CALL FOR FILMS
The authors will be notified by e-mail of the selection or not of their film for the festival in September 2019. The results of this call will be broadcast during the festival "RécréAction" which will take place at the "Temps MAchine" of Joué-lès-Tours Sunday, October 27, 2019.
