Rules for Participation in the Categories

Eligibility
Submitted works must clearly fall into one of the following categories: Animation, Documentary, Fantasy, Fiction, Horror. The Selection Committee reserves the right to reassign a work to the category it considers most appropriate.

Duration
Both short films and feature films are eligible. The minimum and maximum running times are specified in the festival’s general regulations.

Year of Production
Works must have been completed after the date indicated in the official call for entries of the relevant edition.

Language and Subtitles
Films in languages other than Italian must be submitted with Italian or English subtitles.

Screening Format
Selected works must be delivered in the screening format required by the festival, in accordance with the technical specifications communicated to the filmmakers.

Rights and Responsibilities
The participant declares that they hold all rights to the work, including music, images, and any content used, and releases the organization from any legal liability.

Official Selection
The selection of works is at the sole discretion of the Selection Committee. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Promotional Use
The festival reserves the right to use excerpts from the selected works (maximum 3 minutes) exclusively for promotional and non-commercial purposes.

Acceptance of the Regulations
Submission to the festival implies full acceptance of these regulations and any amendments communicated by the organization.





  Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
