The SIETAR Valencia España Film Festival is an international initiative linked to the SIETAR Valencia España Congress 2026, held in Valencia, Spain.

RULES

The festival is open to filmmakers worldwide.

Multiple submissions per author are allowed.

The submitter must hold all rights to the film.

Films must align with the festival themes.

Submission implies full acceptance of these rules.
