LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SIN CÁMARA - AI SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
1. ORGANIZER
The contest called "Sin Cámara - AI Short Film Festival" is organized by:
Aplimedia, S.L.
With registered office in Spain. Official festival website: www.sincamara.click.
Hereinafter, “the Organizer”.
2. PURPOSE OF THE FESTIVAL
The second edition of the short film festival created with artificial intelligence, dedicated to the Spanish-speaking community in Spain and Latin America.
We celebrate Latin audiovisual creativity.
Submitted works must be in Spanish or without dialogue, have a minimum duration of 30 seconds and a maximum of 90 seconds (1 minute and a half).
Latin Focus: Works that reflect Latin and Hispanic culture, identity, and themes will be especially valued. Stories that connect with our cultural heritage will receive special consideration.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate:
Be over 16 years of age.
Correctly register on the official platform.
Complete the registration form with real and verifiable data.
Fully accept these Legal Terms and Conditions.
Participation is free.
4. MANDATORY PARTICIPANT DATA
To participate, the user must provide the following data:

These data will be verified through email confirmation.
6. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WORKS
Each participant may submit one or several works, provided that they:
- Are original.
- Are created totally or partially using Artificial Intelligence.
- Have a duration between 30 seconds and 90 seconds (1 minute and a half).
- Short films must be in Spanish or without voice/dialogue. This requirement is fundamental as Sin Cámara is a festival oriented exclusively to the Spanish-speaking community.
- Do not infringe on third-party rights.
- The following content will not be admitted:
Extreme violence
Explicit sexual content
Discriminatory content
Illegal content
Content that violates human dignity
7. VALIDATION PROCESS
All films will go through a preliminary review process by the festival team:
- Initial status: “Pending validation”.
- After review: “Suitable” → Published and enters the contest. “Not suitable” → Not published, no voting option.
The Organizer reserves the right not to admit any work that does not comply with these terms, without the need to publicly justify the reason.
8. VOTING SYSTEM
All registered and verified users can participate in the voting of the films on the web https://www.sincamara.click/films
The votes are public and open to the entire community.
Only registered users with a verified email will be able to vote.
Each user may cast one vote per film, with a score between 1 and 10. Users can modify their vote at any time.
The average score will only be visible when a film has at least 100 votes.
Public votes will serve to pre-select the finalist films.
** Integrity of the voting system **
In order to guarantee the fairness of the contest, the system automatically detects suspicious voting patterns. Votes that the system identifies as not legitimate will not be taken into account in the final score. In particular, the following will be excluded:
Inflated votes: votes cast by users who have voted for a single film —or very few— with very high scores (especially 10), in order to artificially favor a work.
Sunken votes: votes cast by users who have voted negatively for a single film —or very few— with very low scores, in order to artificially damage the average of a work.
The organization reserves the right to block or delete accounts that show this type of behavior.
9. SELECTION PROCESS AND AWARDS
Selection Process of Winners
1. Public Voting:
All registered users can vote for the films they watch, with scores from 1 to 10. This phase will be open throughout the festival period on the web
2. Pre-selection (May 2027):
In May 2027, the films most voted by the public will be selected. These works will move to the final phase of the contest.
3. Final Evaluation:
The evaluation procedure for the finalist films will be officially announced before the final phase of the contest.
4. Awards Gala (June 2027):
The winners will be announced and awarded at the festival's Closing Gala.
The Sin Cámara - AI Short Film Festival will award the following prizes:
General Prizes:

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The participant declares that:
They are the legitimate author of the submitted work.
They possess all exploitation rights.
The work does not infringe on third-party rights.
The participant grants the Organizer, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the rights of:
Public exhibition
Public communication
Reproduction
Dissemination on the web, social networks, and promotional media
** Assignment of Exhibition Rights **
By participating in the festival, the author expressly accepts that their work or works may be shown, disseminated, reproduced, and exhibited on any platform, media, or medium (including but not limited to television, cinema, streaming, social networks, in-person events, fairs, exhibitions) for an unlimited time and in any territory worldwide.
This assignment includes the right to use the works in promotional materials, advertisements, exhibitions, galas, presentations, and any other activity related to the festival or its sponsors.
The author will always remain the owner of their work and will be credited in the exhibitions.
11. WITHDRAWAL OF WORKS AND USERS
The participant may request the withdrawal of their work at any time and the cancellation of their account.
In case of withdrawal:
The work will cease to be shown publicly.
The votes will be anonymized for statistical purposes.
12. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORS
The Organizer may include advertising banners, promotional videos, and sponsor logos. Participation in the festival implies acceptance that these elements appear next to the content on the platform.
13. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Controller: Aplimedia, S.L.
Purpose: User management, participation, voting control, and communications.
Legitimacy: User's express consent.
Rights: Access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability via email to info@aplimediaaifilmfestival.com
14. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems, data loss, or misuse of the works by third parties.
15-17. MODIFICATION AND JURISDICTION
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms. These Terms are governed by Spanish legislation and any conflict will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao.
Participation in the Sin Cámara AI Short Film Festival implies full acceptance of these terms.
