2. Submission fee required for Arab filmmaker is just 5$ / $10 for non Arab filmmaker .
3. Films should be submitted via a Private Vemio Secured Link
4. Films Uploaded on YouTube and opened for public are not accepted
5. Films should be achieved after 1/1/2016
6. Films should be subtitled with English Subtitles
7. Duration of the films should be between 1 minutes and30 minutes (Including Credits)
