The contest is free.

Each school can participate with a maximum of 2 videos made from 1 January 2011.

The following formats are allowed: Fiction/ Commercial/ Music video/ Documentary/ Animation.

The duration of each video must not exceed 12 minutes.

Videos from abroad must be subtitled in English.

The TLFF is an international festival, so it kindly requests to subtitle in English even videos in English language.
