Todo es Prompt is an international online festival for short films and scripts created with artificial intelligence. This AI short film festival invites filmmakers, artists and creators from around the world to explore new forms of audiovisual storytelling using artificial intelligence tools.

The festival emerges at a moment of transformation in cinema. For years, many creators depended on funding, calls for submissions, juries and long validation processes that left more projects outside than inside. Meanwhile, technology continued to advance quietly. Today, AI filmmaking tools allow ideas, prompts and scripts to be transformed into cinematic images.

Today an idea can become a scene.
Today a text can become a film.
Today the act of directing can begin with a simple instruction: a prompt.

Todo es Prompt arises at this turning point in AI-powered cinema, where creators can produce audiovisual works without the traditional barriers of the film industry. The festival celebrates AI-generated cinema, from experimental works to narrative short films created with AI video generation and AI storytelling tools.

This artificial intelligence film festival also proposes a non-eliminatory model: all works that meet the submission guidelines become part of the Official Selection. We believe in the creative abundance of this new stage of cinema and in the possibility for more creators to participate in the evolution of AI cinema.

We invite filmmakers, digital artists and creative experimenters from around the world to submit their AI short films and become part of an international community exploring the future of filmmaking.

Narrative Development Feedback
Selected participants will receive personalized feedback designed to strengthen their work. This includes observations and suggestions aimed at improving the narrative structure, creative direction, and overall development of the short film or screenplay.

Editorial Feature on the Festival Website (1 Year)
Selected works will be featured on the festival’s website through a dedicated editorial article about the short film or screenplay, accompanied by an interview with the director discussing the creative process behind the project.

Community Space (Official Festival Chat)
Participants will gain access to an exclusive communication channel where filmmakers and creators can connect, exchange ideas, network, and discuss cinema and artificial intelligence.

Online Screening Pass
Access to the festival’s online screening platform to watch the selected short films and explore the selected screenplays.

The festival adopts a non-eliminatory model: all submitted works that comply with these rules will become part of the Official Selection and will receive the corresponding benefits.

The act of creating without asking for permission does not mean creating without responsibility.

Participants guarantee that:

They do not infringe copyright, image rights, or third-party intellectual property rights.

They do not use deepfakes without verifiable consent.

They do not promote illegal content, hate speech, or harmful misinformation.

Each participant assumes full legal responsibility for the content submitted.

Short films and screenplays of any genre developed with the support of AI tools are accepted.
Short films not in Spanish must include Spanish subtitles.

Submission implies full acceptance of these rules.
