The program accepts student documentaries and television films of various subjects made as part of their studies at a cinematographic university and/or at a professional film and television school (including graduation projects) and debut films. The pronounced authorship, the audacity of artistic search, and the freshness of the on-screen language are welcome. The timing is free.
Student films can be submitted either on behalf of universities/film schools, or personally by their authors. Debut films are submitted on behalf of the producing studios or by the authors of the tapes. The director's debut films are considered to be: the first is a short film, the second is a full-length film.
Festhome holds accountable fees festivals by holding the payment of the fees of most newer festivals until they have viewed the submissions, held their festivals and other methods.
