INPUT is a professional discussion platform for film and video creators that have no analogues in the world professional community.
This is an opportunity to exchange creative experience with representatives of the profession from many countries of the world, get acquainted with their works, with new trends in the development of audiovisual arts.
Over the past twenty years, more than 100 authors from Russia and CIS countries have participated in international conferences.
Best film of the regional stage of the conference
Within the framework of the national conference, each participating country selects competitive works that are sent to the international stage, where each of them is evaluated by international experts for participation in the final conference.
Rules of the conference INPUT
1. All applications are reviewed by a Panel composed of authors whose papers have participated in the International Conference in previous years. A closed vote determines 20-30 works for display and discussion at a Regional Conference held in Moscow in December.
2. Based on the results of the Regional Conference, 7 films for nomination to the International Conference are determined by a General open vote of all participants of the Regional Conference present.
3. Out of 7 selected works, the Secretariat of the International stage of the Conference at the end of January determines 1-5 works for participation in the International Conference (the country, city and exact date changes every year). https://input-tv.org/input-2020/regulations
The main condition for participation in the Conference: the author or one of the creators (Director, screenwriter, producer) personally presents the work to colleagues and mutually participates in the discussion of all the works presented at the Conference.
This implements the basic principle: INPUT is everyone's contribution to the collective experience.
Personal presence at the show is mandatory!
Films produced in Russia and Belarus are accepted for consideration.
Works made in co-production with the above-mentioned countries are also accepted, if there is a subject right of display from all parties.

- Documentaries with no time limit;
- Short feature films up to 25 minutes;
- Short documentaries up to 25 minutes;
- Animated films with no time limits.
