The 13th İnönü University International Short Film Festival is held between April 20-22, 2020. The films accepted to the National Short Film Competition will appear in front of the main jury during the festival week.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday, March 20, 2020.

Films shot after April 26, 2019 can apply to the competition.

Films not exceeding 30 (thirty) minutes may apply to the competition.

Competitors can apply with more than one work.

Attending other festivals or receiving awards does not prevent participation.

Films that have participated and applied to İnönü University International Short Film Festival before, but have not been accepted to the competition, can not apply to the competition in any way.

No species discrimination was made in the competition. All films shot in any of the fiction and documentary genres can apply.

If the film is shot in any language other than Turkish, the pre-jury must have Turkish subtitles in the evaluation copies.

It is obligatory to send the encrypted online monitoring link of the film with the application form.

The Festival Management has the right to use a 3-minute part of the film for promotional purposes.
