Empowering current and future generations of artists currently underrepresented in front of and behind the camera, Diverse Points of View, a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization, launches this year and will present arts and entertainment created by minorities in three cities: Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta between February and April 2015. We encourage foreign film submissions.

In each city, Diverse Points of View will conduct a four (4) day international film festival complete with workshops, panels, independent and studio films, fine art gallery, live music events, industry parties and plenty of networking mixers. Diverse Points of View is an international arts and entertainment festival which supports the creative work of minorities. We encourage foreign film submissions.

Diverse Points of View seeks to provide multiple opportunities for minority artists to display their work and obtain the attention their creative works deserve be that film, music, art, writing.

In order to qualify for any category of entry, one of the following crew positions must be held by a minority: Writer, Producer, Director, Cinematographer, Production Designer or Editor.

If the Director is not a minority, then two of the other categories must be held by a minority and the film must be culturally relevant.

With respect to musicians, the lead singer must be a minority.

The Fine Artists must be a minority.
