The Festival is scheduled towards the end of July, will host documentaries, feature-length films and contemporary short films by established directors and new promises, short-movies and video art. In the careful selection of the works, consideration was given to the correspondence of the issues dealt with to the most recurrent problems in the relationship of cohabitation and integration of immigrants, especially second generation. The power of images, sounds and action, with the emotional involvement connected to them, is the most incisive means of memorable communication.

The Festival Migrarti Film Fest Caltabellotta Art direction of Sabah Benziadi will be from 19 July to 22 July 2018, will host documentaries, feature-length films and contemporary short films by established directors and new promises, short movies and video art are allowed.

SABAH Cultural Association
For thirteen years, the Sabah association has invested in developing new ways to promote knowledge and exchange
between Italy and the Arab world and Berber. The traditional dances have been married over time with a varied activity of
enhancement of the artistic expressions of all countries as an opportunity for dialogue between the two sides of the
Mediterranean and as a common tool for the growth and development of the territory and local populations.

The Sabah association manages, in fact, the permanent forum on the evolved cultural districts of the Mediterranean and the
platform made in art for the collaboration between artists and professionals of culture in Italy and the Mediterranean.

The association has been active for years and develops its activities through:

1-Collaborations with various festivals for the realization of the program of various cultural events of the countries of the basin of
mediterraneosopratutto cinema;

2- Production of shows for various festivals in the field of cinema and theater;

3- Volunteering in social for various international organizations;

4- Courses in primary and middle school dance schools within the POF of schools;

5- Collaboration with the association Clouds for psychiatry patients (dance therapy course)

6- Organization of workshops and training courses for Mediterranean dances for future conno dance teachers;

7- Collaboration with the Fes Marocco Theater University Festival;

8 - Implementation of the Hologramme project in the Transfrontalieri Italia Tunisia projects.

9 - Signed Prottocolo of understanding between the Cultural Association SABAH is the Festival of Cinema and Theater ZAGORA in
Morocco

The Pro-Loco Association of Caltabellotta,
Established in 2001, replacing a precedent of the fifties, member of the UNPLI (National Union Pro-Loco of Italy) deals with the protection, enhancement and socio-economic development of the territory, with promotion of activities aimed to that end.

It is made up of over fifty adults and young people, including immigrants, who are enthusiastic about serving the place that hosts them.
