Art. 1 - The Association of International Film Festival and the National Association Olympic Athletes Azzurri of Italy in collaboration with the FICTS - Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, organize the first edition of "Sport Awards - BERGAMO INTERNATIONAL FICTS FESTIVAL" included in the "World FICTS Challenge" World Championship of Film and Television sports. The film competition is structured into the follo- wing sections:

Art. 8 - The format allowed for the showing is DVD. Insurance transport and delivery costs of foreign films are to be charged to candidates. There are no reimbursement of any kind relating to the screening of the movie.
Art. 9 - The authors and / or the productions authorize the publication of their data on the website and on the catalogue and their diffusion to media for promotion.
Art. 10 - Copies received for selection will not be given back to authors. Movies received for the selection will become part of the Sports Awards Film Festival Cinematheque, of the International Film Festival Association, which gathers all the works received in the various editions of Sport Awards Film Festival.
Art. 11 – In order to take part in the Competition, candidates must agree completely to this Regulation.
Art. 12 - Possible cases and / or disputes not included in this Regulation, are pertaining to the Organizing Committee.

- 3 pictures, frames or stills of the film, color and / or b&w – with the rights for free to press them on the promotional materials of the festival or to give them to press - in digital format, weighing up to 6 MB , larger side minimum 1600 pixels .
- A picture of the author in digital format.

Art. 2 – Every producer can take part to the competition with one or more titles. The films selected for the competition must be produced after January 1, 2010.
Art. 3 - The Festival will tale place in Bergamo in Centro Congressi Papa Giovanni XXIII. The order of showing to the public and everything that refers to that part of the organization is exclusively pertaining to the Organizing Committee.
Art. 4 - The Organizing Committee designates the Selection Committee, the only responsible for the admission to the competition (his decision is final) and the Jury, the only responsible for awarding or not the prizes to the films.
Art. 5 - Videos sent to the Jury can not be withdrawn or replaced, except if the Organizing
The documentation can be accompanied by:
- Interview and discussion of the author on the film and film and its creation
- Articles and reviews about the film
- Posters or articles and any other promotional material.
These enclosures are required to enter every film: - Complete technical and artistic description in word or pdf format
- Synopsis of the film in Italian and English language in word or pdf format
Art. 6 – In order to enter film or films in the Festival selection, candidates must send the Entry Form, together with DVD and all the material requested in Art. 5, to:

Art. 7 - The Organizing Committee will communicate after January 10, 2015, to the
