International Fantastic Film Festival of Castilla y León "Terroríficamente Cortos" born from enthusiasm and love for the cinema of palencian young and the need to boost the cultural and leisure in the city of Palencia on it involving institutional and business sector of the Spanish province.

Coinciding with the feast of all saints and Halloween is intended to establish a festival of international character for professional and amateur productions.

- The theme of the short films and feature films will be the genre of horror, fantasy, thriller and / or suspense.

- The participation is open and any amateur or professional filmmaker of any nationality can participate in it.

- The short films will have a maximum duration of 29 minutes.

- The feature films will have a duration over 60 minutes.

- The short films and feature films can be made with any type of audiovisual technique (animation, mobile, video camera, digital video, cinema, ...).

- The short films and feature films can be in any language as long as they are subtitled in Spanish.
