- The theme of the short films will be the genre of horror, fantasy, thriller and / or suspense.

- The participation is open and any amateur or professional filmmaker of any nationality can participate in it.

- The short films will have a maximum duration of 29 minutes.

- The short films can be made with any type of audiovisual technique (animation, mobile, video camera, digital video, cinema, ...).

- The short films can be in any language as long as they are subtitled in Spanish.
