The theme of the short should be based on the idea of "slow or slow life". With this we mean an accumulation of actions (respect for the environment and people, responsible consumption, protection of culture, decline, and alternative leisure life, cooperation, food sovereignty, social economy ...) that make individuals improve their quality of life, control your time and are critical of the current economic and social system. Is particularly encouraged everything you transmit a positive message about this idea.
It also will accommodate short films, not strictly following the theme described, highlighting a "slow" realization, focusing on characters, image, and a more independent or personal vision.
Works whose contents do not justify racism, sexism, xenophobia, intolerance, religious fanaticism and any kind of violence against human beings and their environment will be accepted.
